ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Once the package departs Roseark, the carrier is responsible for delivery and delivery times.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you choose to return your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Roseark does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
