Roseark has a very strict process by which we select the designers and lines that will be featured in our gallery.  Submitting to Roseark through Roseark.com, company email, officers, employees or through our physical location does not constitute agreement by Roseark to accept, promote, distribute or sell your product, or any other product. 

Unsolicited Materials

We do not solicit or wish to receive any confidential, secret or proprietary information or other material from you through the Web Site or Roseark, LLC. mail and email addresses, or in any other way. Any information or material submitted or sent to us, will be deemed not to be confidential or secret. By submitting or sending information or other material to Roseark, LLC., you represent and warrant that the information is original to you and that no other party has any rights to the material.
